I have been on such a frappuccino kick lately. Like, it’s getting ridiculous (and expensive).
But I am such a marketer’s dream come true and will buy any new flavored frappe available. Birthday cake? Had to try… and recreated it HERE. Java Chip? An old favorite. Caramel Coconut – remember that one? Deliciousness. And s’mores? Done for. I live for s’mores flavored anything.
Which reminds me that a couple days ago, I tried the s’mores frappuccino and then later went to froyo with my sister, whereupon I purchased a s’mores froyo. It was totally a s’mores day and we ate it outside where they had a fire pit and where obnoxious teenagers who just swiped their first pack of cigarettes were playing cornhole and being annoying.
I thought back to those days where I’d be mock-offended at whatever a cute boy said, so I’d playfully hit him and act humorously sensitive so he’d swoop me into a hug and (hopefully) kiss me in front of an audience of poor, innocent, unsuspecting people eating frozen yogurt. I’d talk a little louder, gesticulate a little bigger, and keep my eyes peeled for people watching me and my super cute boyfriend be annoying teenagers. Aren’t we so cute? Everyone wishes their boyfriend was as cute as my boyfriend, I’d think to myself, even though in retrospect all of my boyfriends were kind of ugly. Sorry not sorry.
So as I hoovered froyo into my face while watching these teenagers smoke their first-ever cigarettes while playing corn hole and talking loudly, I fondly realized that you couldn’t pay me enough money to be a gawky, awkward teenager ever again. People say, “ah, to be 16 again” and I say been there, done that, and 0/10 would recommend.
Mostly because I was annoying (sorry, Mom) and because I ate chicken caesar salads and chocolate donuts daily and that’s disgusting. Also, see the note about ugly boyfriends. UGH.
ANYWHO. Back to s’mores stuff.
This frappuccino is amazing, people. It’s creamy, icy, and packed with s’moresy goodness thanks to all of the components which make it special: marshmallow whipped cream (!!), crushed Biscoff cookies on top, an ample amount of fudge sauce, and that s’mores base which rocks your face off.
10/10 would recommend.
Copycat S'mores Frappuccino
- 6 oz milk I used skim, but any kind works
- 1 Tbsp powdered vanilla coffee creamer dissolved in 1 oz warm water
- 1 oz Torani S'mores flavored syrup
- 2 Tbsp chocolate syrup plus more for drizzling
- 1 cup (about 1/2 package) Cool Whip frozen
- 1 cup ice
- 1/2 cup marshmallow creme
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- Crushed Biscoff Cookies or graham crackers
- First, make your whipped cream. In the bowl of a stand mixer attached with the whisk attachment, beat the heavy whipping cream on high speed until soft peaks form. Add in the marshmallow creme and continue beating until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- In a large blender, add the milk, coffee creamer in water, s'mores syrup, Cool Whip, two (2) Tablespoons of chocolate syrup and ice and blend on HIGH for about 1 minute.
- Spoon a heaping Tablespoon or two of the marshmallow whipped cream into the bottoms of two glasses; add about a Tablespoon of chocolate syrup. Pour the drinks among the two glasses and garnish with the remaining whipped cream. Sprinkle with crushed Biscoff cookies (what I used) or crushed graham crackers. Serve!
This S’mores Frappuccino is so amazing, you guys! It tastes just like the coffee shop’s but BETTER since it’s homemade. And that marshmallow whipped cream? INCREDIBLE. You won’t be able to resist this campfire treat!

I’m not a person who does any sort of coffee but s’mores frapp??? I could probably get on board with that! It looks soooo taaasty
and omg how obnoxious are teenagers? I get embarrassed whenever I remember being one *shudder*
Haha same here Kayle! I cannot believe some of the things I did as a teenager thinking I was cool. Thank goodness I can forget those days!
I can’t take not to try this at home. Thank you for the tips!
You’re so welcome – enjoy!
I just want to drink this all day!
You and me both, sista! Thanks Jen!

Hayley – I love your version of the S’mores frappuccino. If I didn’t work at Starbucks, I probably wouldn’t go there very often because it is pricey…especially the lattes and frappuccinos. Although I wouldn’t even want to go back to my teen years, I’m glad that our generation had limited outlets of social media 8 years ago. I teach at a school as well and kids are so distracted and concerned by who’s “snapping” who and what someone’s boyfriend “tweeted”.
Oh man, I’d be so fat if I worked at Starbucks… I’d want one of everything!
I want to spend every summer afternoon slurping down one of these!!!
You and me both Tanya! Thanks girl! xoxox!

Thanks Jessica! You and me both 😀 S’mores rules!

I never want to be 16 again .. and am dreading the day that my girls are teenagers. . for me, it took me YEARS before I felt comfortable in my skin, built up my self confidence and actually like/loved myself. most teens are just “finding themselves” but some are just down right rude and annoying. . surprisingly most of the kids here I’ve interacted with are crazy polite and well mannered (the Midwest?!) anyway. . super excited to see you next month in CA (best food facts) and freaking love this s’mores frapp!
Amen Alice! You couldn’t pay me enough to be a teenager again. It was terrible! And I cannot wait to see you either!!

I, for one, am so glad you recreate these Frappuccino’s because we don’t get the cool flavours here! I kept seeing Instagrams of birthday cake and S’more Frappuccino’s and then I went and cried because we just get Mocha, Caramel, Coffee and sometimes a cookie crumble one. The UK sucks some times. But I am with you on the teenage thing. There is not enough money in this world to make me want to go back there again…!
Annie, you must come over to the States! We have all the frappuccino flavors you could ever want 😀
Stephanie @ Macaroni and Cheesecake says
This looks amazing!!! So excited to try this at home version!
Thanks a million, Stephanie!

Ummmm can I legally drink this and call this my breakfast?! It’s gotta be classified as a dessert!
Totally legal and totally calling it breakfast!
I still haven’t tried this yet!! Been meaning to and now you had to make it easy to recreate at home. Love you!! That’s all 🙂
I’m a sucker for the new coffee flavors too! Although I’m getting a little more scared in trying them now because Dunkin Donuts had this disgusting, chemical tasting red velvet coffee that I threw out (I was on a road trip too 🙁 ) and then I tried their cookie dough and omg nope nope nope. LUCKILY the Starbucks S’mores frapp does taste like a good s’mores, so I keep buying them. Their birthday cake frapp was too sweet for me, so I couldn’t finish it. Anyway, thanks to you I can now save money and make these at home 😀
Carla – we don’t have a Dunkin here in CA (at least not where I live!) so I wouldn’t know but the red velvet doesn’t sound very good to me 🙁 The s’mores is where it’s at!
Jocelyn @BruCrew Life says
I’m right there with you trying the new fraps and drinks…I like to call it research 😉 And I would never want to go back to my teen years…too dorky, too much drama, too stupid…that list could keep going! I love that you recreated this coffee drink because I have been spending too much on them. Now I can make more at home for less money! I heart you!
And I heart YOU, Jocelyn! Enjoy the homemade frappe!!
This recipe sounds delish! However, I noticed there isn’t any coffee in this recipe, and I’d like to have that flavor as well as the caffeine for a pick me up. Any suggestions on a way to modify this recipe so that it could be made as a sort of “S’mores Mocha Frappuccino”?
Hi Rachael, you can always add room temperature coffee to the recipe! I’d say about 1/2 cup would be great and easy to add with no change to the recipe.
