Ingredients
2cupsfrozen pineapple
3/4cupsimple syrup
3ozsugar-free coconut syruplike by Torani
2bottles (34 oz total) Sparkling ICE Coconut Pineapple Water
3/4cupchampagneor more or less to suit your taste
Pineapple wedgesfor garnish, optional
Instructions
In a blender, puree the frozen pineapple, simple syrup and coconut syrup together until smooth. Set aside.
In a large pitcher, combine the Sparkling ICE waters and champagne; gently stir to combine.
Pour the pineapple slush mixture among four glasses evenly; top with the champagne mixture. Serve with a pineapple wedge on the glass.
