Zodiac Cocktails - Virgo: Espresso Martini

This Espresso Martini is sweet, strong, and straight-up, just like a gentle but practical Virgo in my Zodiac Cocktail Series!

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce vodka I used vanilla vodka
  • 1 ounce Kahlua or any other coffee-flavored liqueur
  • 1.5 ounces espresso or black coffee cooled
  • Ice
  • Coffee beans or chocolate-covered espresso beans for garnish

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker, add in the vodka, Kahlua, and espresso. Fill with lots of ice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds or until cold. Strain and pour into a martini or coupe glass. Garnish with coffee beans or chocolate-covered espresso beans.
