Zodiac Cocktails - Scorpio: Love Potion Sangria

This Love Potion Sangria is a deep, rich, sumptuous sangria made with pinot noir and lots of dark fruit for a juicy, irresistible and gorgeous cocktail that perfectly represents Scorpios in my Zodiac Cocktail Series!

Ingredients

  • One bottle (750 ml) pinot noir wine
  • 1½ cups pomegranate juice
  • 1½ cups cranberry OR cherry juice you decide
  • 1¼ cups vodka
  • Blackberries halved if large
  • Purple grapes halved if large
  • Pitted dark cherries halved if large (I used frozen!)
  • Pomegranate seeds for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large pitcher, combine the pinot noir wine, pomegranate juice, cranberry or cherry juice, and vodka. Stir until combined and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
  • Just before serving, add some of the fruit to the pitcher and stir to combine. Best if served within 1 day.
