Zodiac Cocktails - Leo: Tequila Sunrise Jello Shots
These Tequila Sunrise Jello Shots are perfect for the life of the party Leos of the Zodiac in my Zodiac Cocktail Series! Easy, great for a crowd and perfectly portable, these addictive and delicious shots will steal the show!

Ingredients
- One (3 oz box) cherry Jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup tequila I used silver tequila
- One (3 oz box) orange Jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup tequila
Instructions
- Place about 20 (2-ounce) condiment cups on a rimmed baking sheet. Set aside.
- Mix the cherry Jello and the boiling water in a heat-safe medium bowl, stirring until dissolved. I like mixing it in a pitcher bowl so it's easier to pour with a spout. Add in the cold water and tequila and whisk to combine. Distribute the cherry Jello mixture evenly among the condiment cups, filling about 1/2 way full. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Mix the orange Jello and the boiling water in another heat-safe medium bowl, stirring until dissolved. Add in the cold water and tequila and whisk to combine. Pour the orange Jello mixture on top of the cherry Jello in the cups, filling to the top. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours to set before serving.
