This recipe was easy and delicious! I greased and floured my pans as suggested and had no issues with sticking. Will definitely be making this again!

If I make the cake and frost it about how long can it be at room temp before serving. Is it okay to make the night before and refrigerate it (adding garnish before serving)?

In reply to Audrey. Hi Audrey, I dislike glass pans because I find they don't conduct heat as consistently as light metal does. If you have had success baking with glass pans in the past then yes of course! If not, just keep in mind your cake may take longer to bake and may darken on the bottom and sides faster than it cooks in the middle.
