Hi Sara, yes! They can be frozen before chocolate coating and after; however, I would recommend personally freezing before adding the chocolate coating only because when you pull them out of the freezer after coating, they will get condensation on them which isn’t as pretty as if they’re freshly dipped. Just a preference though!
