I don’t know if I did something wrong, but my pie was so thin! Like barely even a quarter inch thin. It tasted good and I got everything in the recipe, followed the instructions. Only issue I had was that my timer decided to turn off so I was guesstimating the time and I took it out once the middle wasn’t liquid, and when I took it out it was starting to sink in the middle. Just bummed that it didn’t turn out nice and thick like the picture.

I have cooked it for 40 minutes and the outside is done but the middle is still like a water bed. Any suggestions??

Hi! Cant’ wait to make this pie this weekend! I have a question about combining the ingredients. We shouldn’t use an electric mixer, right? Just combine by hand with a whisk?
