Hi Arlene, I have not tried freezing it so I cannot say for sure, but I don’t know that it would thaw well.

Milk and cookies on steroids!!!

Definitely found my new favorite. This cake is gonna be my new sidekick to ALL the dinner parties. I made this cake to switch up our 2020 Thanksgiving because in 2020 traditions are out the window.

Only thing I would change how I made the recipe is that I shoved as many cookies onto each layer as I could subsequently running out of cookies. I also spread the cream mixture up the sides which left a muddled mess when I took off the ring. Next time I’m going to space out the oreos around the edge and spread the filling JUST to the edge of the oreos and hopefully end up with something like the photos!!

10/10 did not disappoint!!
