In reply to Tammy. Hi Tammy, that may be hard because gluten helps the cinnamon rolls rise. Maybe try a cup-for-cup GF flour as opposed to a flour substitute.

Hi! Any tips on making this with gluten-free flour? I have been trying with a few other recipes and the dough wouldn’t rise.

In reply to Kate Beale. Hi Kate, yes you can! Make the rolls up until the second rise (so roll them into spirals and place the spirals into the greased pans). Then cover the pans with tight plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. The next morning, let them come to room temperature on the counter, then allow them time to rise before baking.

I’m a Frenchie girl that spend 4 months in the USA, and I miss a lot the taste of the cinnamon rolls. But thanks to you, I feel as if I come back! Thoses taste amazing, thanks a lot!!

The thought of making homemade cinnamon rolls has never even crossed my mind before. I can across an image for this recipe while following a bread recipe and couldn’t resist. Homemade cinnamon rolls often look dry and disappointing, but this one looked moist and delicious. I made this recipe and was pleasantly surprised at the ease of making them. I’ve never made cinnamon rolls or the like before and wasn’t frustrated with the process. I added cinnamon to the dough for some added flavor, and I must admit that they turned out even better than what I would get at Cinnabon! I shared the rolls with family who all loved them, and shared pictures of the final product with friends who all asked for the recipe. I would never even think about using any other recipe. Great taste and texture! Thank you for the recipe!
