In reply to Katie. Store them in an airtight container at room temperature. You can freeze them, but just be wary of the confectioners' sugar coating them. I feel it wouldn't freeze and thaw well. I'd maybe bake the cookies WITHOUT rolling in confectioners' sugar, then cool and freeze. After thawing, roll cookies in confectioners' sugar.
