I followed the recipe and when I pulled it out of the oven after 23 mins it looked amazing, but it was very undercooked inside. I don’t know what I did wrong. I don’t want to burn the outside by cooking it longer, but I’m not sure what else to do. Any tips/recommendations?

I only had semi-sweet choc chips but it still turned out awesome. The frosting just takes it to a whole new level.
