You may refrigerate it, but the cookies on top will become softer. I refrigerated mine, but it should be okay at room temperature as well.

Very similar to my version. I haven’t bake this in awhile but it’s certainly a delicious treat. I think Golden Oreos are the best thing ever invented. The endless possibilities!! I would like to try a different filling since my hubby is not a fan of cream cheese. Maybe a whipped vanilla and adding Golden Oreos would be a good modification. Well done. It looks delicious and certainly well presented!
