  • 1 pkg Mother's Brand Taffy Cookies finely crushed
  • 6 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff spread
  • 1 pkg vanilla CandiQuik or almond bark
  • Toasted coconut for sprinkling on top (optional)


  • In a large bowl, combine the crushed taffy cookies crumbs, the cream cheese, and the Biscoff spread. Using a large spoon or your hands, begin mixing the ingredients together to form a cohesive dough. Mixture will be sticky!
  • Roll into Tablespoon-sized balls and place on a foil-lined baking sheet. Freeze for about 20-30 minutes or until firm.
  • Once firm, melt your vanilla CandiQuik until smooth, according to package directions. Coat each truffle into the CandiQuik, coating completely, and allowing excess to drip off. Return to the baking sheet. Top with sprinkles or toasted coconut, if desired. Allow to set before serving.
