Frozen Bananas Foster

This Frozen Bananas Foster is such a fun take on a classic old-timey dessert!

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 ounces bourbon optional, but recommended
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce


  • In a large blender, combine the bananas, vanilla ice cream, milk, bourbon (if using) and ice. Blend on HIGH power for about 1 minute or until smooth.
  • Drizzle each glass liberally with caramel sauce and pour in the frozen drink. Garnish with a banana slice.
  • NOTE: this makes 2 very generous glasses, or four smaller glasses depending on the size of your glassware.
