Frozen Bananas Foster

- 2 bananas
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup milk
- 4 ounces bourbon optional, but recommended
- 1 cup ice
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
In a large blender, combine the bananas, vanilla ice cream, milk, bourbon (if using) and ice. Blend on HIGH power for about 1 minute or until smooth.
Drizzle each glass liberally with caramel sauce and pour in the frozen drink. Garnish with a banana slice.
NOTE: this makes 2 very generous glasses, or four smaller glasses depending on the size of your glassware.
