White Claw Week: White Claw Margarita Spritzer
These White Claw Margarita Spritzers are oh-so refreshing, tasty and made with a few simple ingredients you probably have on hand! A lighter version of a classic margarita thanks to the fizzy White Claw hard seltzer.

- 2 oz silver tequila
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz agave syrup or simple syrup
- Natural Lime White Claw for topping
- LIME SUGAR:
- 1/4 cup granulated white sugar
- Zest of one lime about 1-2 teaspoons worth
In a small bowl, mix together the granulated white sugar and lime zest until combined. Set up another small bowl with water or lime juice for rimming your glass. Lightly rim the glass with water and dredge in the lime sugar. Set aside.
In a cocktail shaker, combine the tequila, lime juice, agave or simple syrup and lots of ice and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Pour the entire contents of the shaker, including ice, into a highball glass. Top with lime White Claw. Garnish with fresh lime wedges if desired.
