Ingredients

  • One package 10-16 ounces white chocolate candy melts or almond bark
  • One bag jelly beans I like the fruit-only flavors, but any kind will work. Likewise, you may use pastel M&M's, Reese's Pieces, malted milk eggs, etc
  • Sprinkles optional but recommended

Instructions

  • Line a 15x10" jelly roll pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • Melt the candy coating according to package directions or until smooth and melted. Pour into a thin-ish layer and spread out into a rectangular shape - it may not fit the entire baking pan; that's okay. You don't want it too thin so it becomes brittle, but maybe 1/4" thick or so. Immediately top with the jelly beans or another candy and the sprinkles.
  • Let the bark set before breaking into pieces.
