Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz white rum such as Don Q or Bacardi
  • 1/2 -1 oz simple syrup depending on how sweet you want it. (If you're making this with mango Torani syrup, I'd only use 1/2 oz. If using puree or juice, maybe use 1 full ounce)
  • A couple sprigs of mint leaves torn
  • 2 ounces mango puree or juice can substitute with ONE ounce of mango-flavored Torani syrup
  • Mango White Claws
  • Frozen mango chunks for "ice"

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker, add in the rum, simple syrup, torn mint leaves and mango puree. Top with actual ice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Pour the entire contents of the shaker into a tall, skinny glass. Add in frozen mango chunks and top with cold Mango White Claws. Garnish with additional mint sprigs, if desired.
