These copycat Starbucks Cranberry Bliss Bars have a delicious twist, using Dove® Fruit Whole Cranberry to add some scrumptious, better-for-you chocolate-covered cranberries to the mix. You won't be able to stop at one!
Ingredients
  • 2 sticks butter, melted
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 & ¾ cups Dove® Fruit Whole Cranberry, roughly chopped & divided
  • ¾ cup white chocolate chips
  • FOR FROSTING & TOPPING
  • 4 oz (1/2 pkg) cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pkg white chocolate chips
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Liberally grease a 13x9" baking pan with cooking spray; set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the melted butter and brown sugar together with a spoon. Stir in the eggs + vanilla extract to combine. Add in the flour, baking soda and salt until a batter comes together. Stir in ¾ cup of the chopped Dove® Fruit Whole Cranberry and the ¾ cup of white chocolate chips. Spread the mixture into the prepared pan.
  3. Bake for approx. 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and just about set in the center. Cool the bars completely.
  4. To prepare the frosting, melt the remaining package of white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl on HIGH heat for 30 seconds; stir until smooth. Remove about ¼th of the white chocolate to a smaller bowl; set aside. To the remaining melted white chocolate, add in the cream cheese, vanilla and powdered sugar and beat with an electric mixer for about a minute or until fluffy and soft.
  5. Spread the frosting on top of the blondies in an even layer. Immediately top with the remaining chopped Dove® Fruit Whole Cranberry pieces and the dried cranberries. Gently press the toppings into the frosting. Take the remaining reserved white chocolate and drizzle it on top for a garnish. Allow the bars to set for about 20 minutes before cutting into squares (or triangles, like I did). Serve!
