Love the taste of the classic Muddy Buddy snack? Then you'll love these easy, no-bake Muddy Buddy Cookies! Only four ingredients to make and taste phenomenal!
Ingredients
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 pkg chocolate Candiquik
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and place the crackers onto the foil sheet in an even layer; set aside.
  2. Spoon the peanut butter into a piping bag attached with a medium-sized open circle tip, or in a Ziploc with a corner snipped off. Pipe teaspoon-sized dollops of peanut butter onto the tops of the crackers until all the crackers are covered with PB. Smooth out the tops of the peanut butter using your finger or a small knife.
  3. Freeze the crackers for about 20 minutes, or until firm. Meanwhile, prepare the Candiquik according to package directions. Once the cookies have frozen, dip the cookies into the Candiquik to coat completely, allowing excess coating to drip off. Place the wet cookies onto the baking sheet and repeat.
  4. Once the chocolate has set or mostly set, place the powdered sugar into a large gallon-sized zip-top bag. Drop in about 10 cookies at a time, seal the bag, and gently shake the bag to coat the cookies in the powdered sugar. Serve!
