Raise your hand if you love Oreos. Raise your hand if you love Tagalongs. Now, raise your hand if you don't want to choose between both -- because you no longer have to! These amazing double-cookie hybrid will squash any chocolate & peanut butter cookie craving and then some.
Ingredients
  • 1 pkg Tagalongs (I ALWAYS use store-brand versions, like Great Value's Peanut Butter Fudge cookies or Keebler brand -- should equal to about 15 cookies)
  • 15 Chocolate Peanut Butter Oreo Cookies
  • 1 pkg chocolate Candiquik
  • 3 squares white chocolate Candiquik
  • 1 Tbsp creamy peanut butter
Instructions
  1. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and set aside. Meanwhile, melt the package of chocolate Candiquik until smooth & melted completely.
  2. Gently untwist each Oreo cookie and set the halves onto the foil sheet. Dip the top and the bottom of each Tagalong cookie into the melted chocolate. Place the Tagalong onto the frosted half of the Oreo, and gently sandwich the remaining half on top of the Tagalong cookie. Repeat with remaining 14 cookies.
  3. Freeze the cookie sandwiches for about 30 minutes to an hour so they're nice and firm. This will help them from falling apart when they're fully dunked.
  4. Gently reheat the Candiquik again until melted once more. Dunk each cookie sandwich into the Candiquik, allowing it to submerge completely/cover completely. Using a fork, allow any excess chocolate to drip off and return the cookie to the foil sheet. Repeat.
  5. Once the chocolate has hardened, melt the remaining white Candiquik. Once melted, stir in the peanut butter. Pour the mixture into a zip-top baggy, seal out the air and snip off a corner of the baggy. Drizzle the peanut butter copiously over the tops of the cookies. Once set, serve!
