Hi again! Just coming by to tell you that I’m faithful to your awesome recipe for over 10 years now! I have a 5 year old now and he absolutely loves it. We make it every couple of months, and I find him in the refrigerator cutting himself a piece all on his own! We love it! Thank you for sharing your talents.

This is absolutely the best carrot cake/cheesecake I have ever made. I have a question on what speed you use to beat the cream cheese, sugars and flour. I used medium high speed on the Kitchenaid mixer and low speed when adding the eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Just wondered what you use.
