In reply to Kristi. The cookies are pretty small so they'll likely get crushed when you mix them in, but you can crush them with your hands just once to break them further down if you want.

In reply to Shano. Hi Shano, you could, but I have not tried this. Just let the dough sit out a little bit before scooping the next day to take off some of the chill since it doesn't need to chill that long.

So good to see you are posting again! I heard your Instagram message when you mentioned you were considering stopping your blog. You definitely need to continue! Your recipes are always inviting to make, and your stories are most enjoyable to read! I have not made these Levain cookies yet, but when I can find some Dunkaroos, these are on my list to make soon!
