I made these in a 9 x 13 glass baking dish (+15 mins to baking time) and added a layer of chocolate ganache under the frosting. It turned out excellent. Super soft, moist, & plenty of banana flavor even without the banana extract. Thank you!

Hi Ana, you can, but the timing will be different. Maybe check around 35 minutes or so? Again, I haven’t tried that so I don’t know for sure.
