					<description><![CDATA[These cookies are unbelievably delicious! I made them for a BBQ and everyone agreed they were fabulous. The frosting is SO good- even my partner (not really a frosting person- he often prefers plain sugar cookies) wanted me to frost the whole batch! I made them with gluten free flour and they were a little too soft and crumbly, but the flavor was so amazing I’m definitely making them again anyway. It’s been recommended that I try adding a second egg to hold them together better without gluten. I’m definitely trying it! Thanks for the fabulous recipe!]]></description>
