Made 2 cakes because I had a 29oz can of pumpkin. Good cake but ended up going back to the store today for an additional can each of milks because the cake sucked ALL of the 2x amount up and couldve used a little more

In reply to Ale. Hi Ale, did you by chance cook it in a glass pan? If so, glass doesn't conduct heat as well as light metal pans do which is why it took yours longer to bake and the middle wasn't done as quickly as the edges were.
