					<description><![CDATA[This recipe was absolutely amazing! I am a grade 12 student and had to make a pie recipe and didn&#039;t want to make the boring traditional pie and this was perfect. I ended up doing half pistachios and half walnuts which was amazing. I also ended up having to turn the oven up to 375 after 50 minutes of baking as the top wasn&#039;t getting brown at all. I ended up baking it for an additional 12 minutes at 375 after baking for 50 minutes at 325. besides that it was amazing! I ended up serving it with vanilla ice cream which was a delicious combination! One of our favourite recipes now!]]></description>
