Made this yesterday with some changes:
1/2 cup sprinkles
1.5 cup chocolate

I creamed these much longer than the directions. The cold butter took forever to get light and fluffy. Otherwise followed instructions.

For baking: I made 1.5-2 oz balls and baked at 375 for 13 min.

Love how they turned out! will DEFINITELY make these again!

This is an excellent departure from all the usual ‘Levain’ type cookies. They are my family’s favorites now and they are PERFECT as the recipe is written. Doesn’t alter what size you want, they are sensational!! Looking forward with GREAT anticipation to another marvelous creation. Winner winner!!

Yes I have made her other levain recipes 4 to 5 times already. I have frozen them then take them out and put them in the refrigerator night before I want to bake them. Come out perfect. Going to make these next.

These are so delicious! I made them about 3 ounces each, baked at 375 for 10 mins and they were perfect! My whole family gave then a 10 out of 10!!
