Today we had a Christmas cookie contest at the school I teach at. Judges were the principals. I won first place with these! I used Christmas sprinkles but anxious to get my hands on the little rainbow chips. Mine were all different sizes as it took me awhile to figure out the right amount to scoop for uniformity and I also didn’t have a biscuit cutter to reshape. Used a knife as suggested and worked great!
These were actually SOOOOO much better after sitting overnight. The chocolate flavor really developed.
