Was this recipe delicious? Absolutely.
Would I say it reminded me of cosmic brownies flavor-wise? No. I think maybe the chocolate ganache threw it off. Possibly next time I’ll try it with Milk Chocolate chips instead of semi sweet.

This recipe is fantastic otherwise, I will say that maybe due to a crappy electric oven I did have to cook my brownies an additional 15 minutes as well. I didn’t se that in the comments and wanted to share that info.

I will be making more of the recipes on this site either way.

It’s about time! Everyone says they have the best fudgy brownie out thy. I tried 3 or 4 of them and none of them came close! This one does the job where none other could! Thank you all others will be tossed.
I would love to have this recipe in a 13”X9 “ if you have one for that size
Now if I can find this same thing as a boo die here would just be a bonus

I’ve never made brownies from scratch before and honestly was skeptical! But these were literally SO FREAKING good. This is like the fourth recipe of yours I’ve made so far and every single one has been stellar. These were so good I had to comment lol

This is the first time I’ve ever made brownies from scratch and they turned out so delicious!! . I love how fudgey they are and the frosting really adds something special. Truly does remind me of the cosmic brownies of my childhood. SO much fun to make too. What I was amazed by was how the top of the brownies turned out with the perfect “wrinkle” texture when I first took them out of the oven. I didn’t think I could make something so perfect looking! I live at 5,000 ft elevation and the only adjustment I made was to let them bake a minute or two longer, but other than that no adjustments were needed. I will ABSOLUTELY be making these again, huge hit with my husband and our friends!

How INCREDIBLE were these. If you follow the recipe you will not be steered wrong. These tasted better than the real thing and I cannot wait to make again. My husband quoted “best thing you have ever cooked” and he eats a lot of sweet things. So oh my gosh, please give it a go if you are reading this! Thanks for such a brilliant recipe.
