I think you’re missing the point from Jill above. You have this listed: 1 cup plus 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream, and then say to add the remaining 3/4?? 1/4 + 3/4 is 1 cup total… not 1 & 1/4.

Also, Thank the Lord I didn’t add the 1/3 of milk to the frosting, as it was very runny without it!

Hi Jill, you combine 1/4 cup of the heavy cream with the peppermint baking chips to melt it – this is to help make a ganache type mixture, and to prevent the chips from scorching. The remaining 3/4 cup of heavy cream gets whipped into whipped cream. Hope this helps!
