WOW. I’ve been dying to make these since Hayley posted them on her instagram account. These “cookies” are absolutely amazing. I am a nut for dutch apple pie but there are only two people in my house hold so a full pie is a bit much. I cut this recipe in half and it turned out perfect. I used pre-made crust and it was still really yummy.
