This is going to be my go-to recipe for brownies. I’ve made it with vegan butter and it’s still yummy. I love this recipe and can’t wait to try it with regular butter.
I love how soft but chewy and chocolatey they are. It’s not overwhelming and doesn’t hurt my stomach if I eat more than one. 🙂

These are wonderful! The perfect level of sticky gooeyness, not cakey in the slightest which is always such a disappointment. My 5 year old, who is my toughest critic, ate about half a tray in one sitting. Oops! Will definitely make again.

One bowl sold me so I had to try for my brownie loving husband. He was not disappointed!! I didn’t get as much of the flaky Crust on top but that’s because I kinda rushed the mixing part. The chew on these was perfection and oh so chocolatey! I’ve always been a brownie box gal but this recipe will definitely be in rotation.

The recipe was very easy to follow, straight forward, basically newbie proof. Loved the simplicity of the ingredients. Brownies came out as promised!! Very fudge forward and soft. They were so good, I immediately made another pan!!
