Wow! Made this recipe today but without the icing and it was simply perfect. The fluffiness was amazing and the cake was not overly sweet (subbed brown sugar for granulated because I didn’t have any). Excited to enjoy this for the next few days!

This cake was so delicious! I made it last week (gluten free) and it was gone in two days! Today I’m making this recipe into cupcakes (gluten free, no icing) and added mini chocolate chips! Yum!

I love this cake recipe! The cake is super light and fluffy. The frosting goes great with the cake! I would totally recommend

Really great recipe to use up bananas that are getting over ripe! I was tired of making banana bread and made this recipe. The cream cheese frosting set it over the top! Definitely will be making this again!!

Made this tonight and it is FANASTIC! I used 2c of confectioner’s sugar in the icing and it was just the right amount of sweet to keep a subtle cream cheese flavour to it. My whole family loved it – will definitely make this again!
