Sydney, I am so so so glad you gave homemade marshmallows a try! I always try to encourage store-bought marshmallow haters to try homemade. They are SO much better!

Literally cannot stress enough how delicious these are. I used them for a hot chocolate bar, and we ended up eating half the marshmallows on their own. I don’t even like store bought marshmallows, but these are HEAVEN.
