Holy moly that is delicious and so easy! I really like the addition of the spices, makes it a much more interesting version of a typical coffee cake!

I have tried several coffee cake recipes from other blogs, but this one is the BEST by far, and also maybe the easiest? Takes just a couple of minutes to put it together. Made it for Christmas morning and my family loved it. Won’t be making any other coffee cake now.

So yummmy and moist!! But for me i would reduce the amount of nutmeg and increase the cinnamon.
