Do you think it would be possible to make this ahead of time and freeze it or refrigerate it? Today is Sunday and my boyfriends birthday is on Tuesday, but I wont have time to make it in between then 🙁

We have made this cake several times, and we LOVE it.

Pro tip: If you don’t feel like making the whole thing, my wife and I have made the cookie dough portion of this recipe, and dipped pretzels in it for a salty/sweet dessert.

We do need to make some modifications for the recipe in our house, to avoid dairy and egg allergies, so we use our egg-less brownie recipe, replace butter with coconut oil, and use dairy-free chocolate chips.
