Hi KM, the cake will stay in the pan the entire time. You can just move the cake in the pan to a cooling rack so it gets off of the hot stove. And no, the coconut will not change the time or temperature.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[II made this cake for Girls’ Lunch, and I was a great hit! Like several others, the icing was too runny. I ended up using a total of 5 cups of icing sugar. I imported the recipe into the Paprika app. When I first read the recipe, I thought that 3 Tbsp of orange juice , plus the vanilla and whipping cream seemed a lot for 3-3 1/2 cups of icing sugar, so I double-checked it to make sure there had not been a correction. Only used about a tablespoon of whipping cream. I refrigerated the icing for about 2 hours before icing  the cake, and returned it to the fridge until serving it. 
I liked the flavour of the orange juice, but I think I’ll try using 1 1/2 Tbsp of frozen concentrate in the future—orange flavour with out adding so much liquid.  of curiosity, I checked some other cream cheese recipes, and one baker—a professional cake decorator—suggested adding a tbsp or two to thicken it, if it is too runny.   Your thoughts? 
The cake itself is definitely a 5<img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/2b50.png" alt="⭐" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />—LOVED IT! 
I gave an overall rating if 4, since the icing was a little too sweet, since I added extra icing sugar to thicken it,
