I tested this with 2% milk but whole, 1% or skim should all work!

Then I made a jelly donut bread pudding recipe I found in the New York Times and it was freakin’ ambrosial. But holy craaaaab, peanut butter and jelly bread pudding? with fruit pie filling?!?! No plate for me, I’ll just eat it right outta the pan.
