I was hesitant to try these after reading the reviews about the cookie cups sticking. I make hot chocolate cookie cups during the holiday, so decided to follow that sugar cookie recipe instead of the packaged ones. I sprayed the muffin tins and placed a ball of dough into each one. I DIDN’T press them into the cups. When they bake, they puff up and then I just use the sprayed shot glass to form the indentation. I let them cool for about 5 minutes in the pan and some came out easily and some I had to run a knife around the edge. I used a can of sweetened coconut milk, as the recipe didn’t specify. It was fine. Overall a nice bite that would be perfect for showers, receptions, etc. Could easily change the filling to suit your taste.

These little bites of heaven are so fabulous!!!! You are the bomb sweet lady. Mr. Right will come along and will wonder how did I not find this wonderful woman sooner, plus a great baker!! Thanks ever so much for this recipe, it rocked my last dinner party!!!!!

Loving these little morsels of deliciousness! They do look VERY poppable. I’m not even going to gauge how many I could probably eat in 5 minutes. Nobody needs to know that! The dating scene can be depressing, but the right one WILL come along. Someone tall, dark and gorgeous who LOVES desserts and gorgeous girls who can bake. ;-D

Ooh you’re brave. Online dating is not for the faint of heart. Probably the reason you’re not getting messages is that there aren’t a lot of men on the paid sites anymore. Why pay if you can go free? Well who knows but these cookie cups? I’m all over them, putting them on my to bake list 🙂
