Hi Tami, if you’re making them in a jelly roll, that’s quite a bit thinner than a 13×9 so I would think they would take shorter than stated because they are less thick. I am not sure of the time to be frank.

I am wondering if I would need to double or triple the recipe to make these lemon brownies in a jelly roll pan (12″ x 17″)? And also, how long would they need to bake because I’m assuming it would be a bit longer?

I am wanting to make them for a wedding reception and am hoping to be able to make a bigger batch rather than a bunch of small batches if that makes sense?

They look so delicious so I’m hoping it’s a doable thing!

I relate the word “fudgy” in this recipe to the denseness in relation to brownies with chocolate. My daughter made these today for me to bring to girls game night tomorrow night. Can’t wait to try these!! Thanks for this recipe!!

I made these for a tea party baby shower. Instead of making them in an square pan, I baked them in a mini cupcake pan. The recipes made about 28 mini lemon brownies and it took about 18 minutes in a 350 degree oven, give or take a minute.
They were a hit at the tea party, I should have made double!!

I made these today and can honestly say it’s a failsafe recipe – if I can bake them, anyone can! I made the mixture up with lemons from my own tree – it was fantastic to be able to use them in this way: juice and zest… I don’t normally bake but knew my dad would appreciate this recipe. It’s perfect – delicious, moist and very moreish .I’ll definitely keep putting the lemons to good use with your lovely recipe! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
