Seriously, I would’ve been Chubby Bunnying THEM all afternoon — no joke. They look SO melty and gooey and perfect. Just perfect. 🙂 And Samoas have always been my favorite too, even as a kid when I hated all things coconut. But not Samoas. Not sure how that worked, but maybe all that caramel and chocolaty goodness helped me forget they were coconut. Please please please make a Samoa cookie bar too!!
