Happy Monday, y’all!
Today I’m posting for my beeeeautiful, sweet friend Ashley on her blog Wishes & Dishes!
Ashley makes some aaaammmmaazing stuff like these Pumpkin White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies (!!!) and this S’mores Pie (um, hubbbbba freakin’ hubba!). She also makes real food, too, but come on — S’MORES PIE. And she’s the sweetest little peach!!
Anyway, to check out this Pecan Pie Bark (which is seriously incredible & SO easy to make!!), pop on over to Ashley’s little bloggy castle and say hi!
Have a fantastical day!!

Hi there, I came on over from Wishes and dishes and just love your recipe and website. I think your pecan pie bark is ingenious. I am doing a bit of a Thanksgiving round up and will give your recipe a mention in a bit. Have a super day. BAM

Hi Cathy, I like using a jelly-roll pan – it’s about 15×10.
