Hey Justin! SO smart to make them vegan — how awesome is that?! And I totally didn’t know Oreos were vegan; how awesome! Thanks for the tips — I definitely want to try out your vegan version. Mm!

I just made these today and dear lord. . .they’re ridiculously good. I used whole wheat flour instead (making it healthy, right. . .?!?!) of white flour and about 73ml of apple sauce instead of an egg a to and Smart Balance butter to make it vegan. It just so happens Oreos are vegan as well. Glorious!

The batter in these is so soft and chewy. I don’t know if the Oreo was supposed to get all soft as well, but it did. It gives it a nice creamy chocolatey taste in mid-bite. Yesssss.
