The Friday Roundup!

Welcome to the Friday Roundup, where I recap all my cavity-inducing treats for you in case you avoided them (are you mad at me?! Do we need to talk!?) somehow this week.

Halloween is swiftly approaching and while I love bombarding you with creepy-cute, spooky treats, I also wanted to throw some general fall-loving food in the mix, too. I figured y’all weren’t keen on eating bloody eyeballs everyday, amiriteeee?

Let’s kick this off.

I Halloweenied your bundt cake.

I made thebestfreakingbarsofyoursoul.

I gave some Ding-Dongy bats some wonky-fun wings.

I pulled a fast-one and made a classic candy bar into a 3-ingredient snack.

I talked about adult-life and made up for it with cupcakes.

And, don’t tell mummy, but I made some truffles, too.

And I still managed to find time to squeeze in some good, old-fashioned badassery.

Now that I’ve captivated your attention, who likes free stuff? *I do, I do!*

In honor of the upcoming Online BlogCon (seriously, if you haven’t registered yet, I don’t know if we can be friends), Six Sister’s Stuff is giving away some e-books to help you grow your blog and start making moolah. I totally thought I had it all figured out, but they have some really informative tips on how to enhance readership, market yourself on social media outlets, and earn money for something you love doing. All you have to do is register for BlogCon and enter with the Rafflecopter below!

In Other News…

1. I don’t know what’s with me, but it hasn’t registered that Christmas is like, two months away. Normally I am halfway done with Christmas shopping and am practically hanging ornaments from our Halloween decor. I’m a Christmas freakjob. So what gives?

2. The weather in Sacramento has finally cooled down to (chilly!) 70s this week and it. was. freaking. fantastical. It was so awesome to cozy up in my yoga pants and do nothing. Okay, so I do that normally, but the cooler weather totally promotes it.

3. I am becoming increasingly more+more obsessed with Thought Catalog. Are these people inside of my head? THIS (#7, #20–ugh, and #29) and THIS (which both resonates with me and makes me hate myself) and THIS.

4. My boss (graciously!!) gave me tomorrow off (yay!!) so Jessie and I are going to venture on a much-needed picture-adventure-date. Needless to say, I’m superfreakingexcited for A) a three-day weekend, and B) a date! Like SOOOOOexcited.

Anyway, hope you have a good weekend!!

xo, Hayley

“Good old-fashioned bad assery”!! I love it! Now I know what to call my pretty much daily attitude at work! 😉 I would love to put that on my résumé….if I had one!!
    Have a great weekend!
