I couldn’t find the packaged oatmeal scotchies, anywhere! Went to 3 different stores… So, I just bought a pouch of Betty Crocker Oatmeal Cookie mix, prepared batter as instructed and added one cup of butterscotch chips. Worked beautifully! I’ll definitely be making these for years to come!!!! 🙂
