Oatmeal Creme Pies are an iconic snack that makes its way into these unique bars -- chewy, gooey and oh so sweet, they'll soon become a new favorite!
Ingredients
  • 1 box spice cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup oil
  • ¼ cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 box Little Debbie Oatmeal Creme Pies, roughly chopped
  • 1 bag miniature iced oatmeal cookies (the crunchy kind, like by Mother's brand), crushed into small pieces
  • ½ cup cinnamon chips
  • ½ cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 13x9" baking pan with foil, extending the sides of the foil over the edges of the pan. Spray the foil liberally with cooking spray and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, oil, cinnamon and oats with a rubber spatula until incorporated. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven.
  3. Evenly distribute the chopped Oatmeal Creme Pies, the crushed oatmeal cookies, and cinnamon & butterscotch chips across the top of the dough. Drizzle the can of sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top. Return to the oven and continue to bake for an additional 15-17 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly and the center is just about set (minimal jiggle in the middle).
  4. Cool the bars completely before lifting the bars out of the pan with the foil and cutting into squares. Serve! Store leftovers airtight at room temperature up to a week.
