Combine a takeout favorite with an old Mexican standby to create these unique Sweet + Sour Chicken Tacos, courtesy of Kraft Recipe Makers!
Ingredients
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 pkg Kraft Recipe Makers Sweet & Sour Chicken flavor
  • ½ white onion, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 (20 oz) can pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 12 fajita-size flour tortillas
  • 1 bag coleslaw mix
  • ½ cup cilantro, roughly chopped
Instructions
  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the cubed chicken and the simmering sauce together, about 5 minutes, or until chicken is just about cooked through. Stir in the chopped onion and red pepper, and simmer until veggies are crisp-tender, about 2 minutes.
  2. Add in the drained pineapple tidbits and the finishing sauce, stirring to combine. Allow the mixture to come together in the skillet for a couple minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, make your slaw: in a large bowl, combine the following: 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar, 3 Tbsp oil, + 1 tsp sugar with a fork. Stir in the coleslaw and chopped cilantro and toss to coat.
  4. Spoon the sweet & sour chicken into the tortillas, and top with the sour cilantro slaw. Enjoy!
