Kiddos love candy, so why not have them make their own with these super-easy Candy Pots of Gold!? Simple, versatile and perfect for St. Patty's Day!
Ingredients
  • 1 pkg yellow candy melts or 1 pkg white chocolate Candiquik + a couple drops yellow food coloring
  • Miniature M&M's
  • Sprinkles (I used jumbo non-pareils and star sprinkles, but anything you have on hand works!)
Instructions
  1. Line a 24-cavity mini muffin pan with paper liners and set aside. In a large bowl, melt the candy according to package directions until smooth. If you are using the white chocolate, add enough yellow food coloring until you've reached a desired golden yellow shade.
  2. Pour a heaping Tablespoon or so of the chocolate into each cavity of the muffin cup, filling about ⅔-3/4 full. Immediately sprinkle the tops of the chocolate pots with your assortment of miniature M&M's and sprinkles to create the "candy" part of the gold pots.
  3. Allow the pots to harden, about 15 minutes, before unwrapping and serving.
