I love the costume rant. Lets be honest, no one realllly likes wearing that stuff anyways. One of my guy friends was upset with me because apparently thinking of a good costume is harder than just picking an occupation then making it “sexy.” Luckily I’m kind of short, so most costumes tend to cover my butt, still not enough while cold out, so leggings are usually in place of fishnets or what have yous that they put on the mannequins. Ugh Halloween costumes used to be fun, now they’re just a chore.

You just keep cranking out one adorable Halloween treat right after another!!! I am with you on the costumes. Why girls want to show off all that stuff is beyond me and really why are all of the costumes so overpriced? I don’t want to spend $100 for my kids to get candy….I could just buy then a huge bucket of candy myself and save money:-)

I HATE all the Halloween Costumes for women! The slutty nurse, the trashy police woman, the street-walker pirate wench… I could go on and on… I hate them. You have to be 98 pounds and 6 feet tall to pull off the outfits.
These cookies are great! Even the haggard old witch would enjoy these cookies at the Halloween party!

I think these are totally cute…I loved your Zombie truffles too! And I agree about the Halloween costumes. I’ve always found that the best ones are ones someone makes themselves and some creativity is involved. Slutty nurses and Little Bo Peep are so done.

Okay, so these are just the cutest! Totally fun! And yeah, I hear you on the prices of costumes–we went to get one for Doodle, and some of those Spiderman costumes for kids were $40!! And don’t get me started on the hookerish style costumes for girls. Yikes! Even if I had the body to show off, I don’t want half the city seeing all my goods, holy cow. Maybe I am just getting old?? 🙂
